• Wheat Pretzel Bites

    I always thought that pretzel bites must be super hard to make. Turns out, they’re not. In fact, they’re so easy it’s almost embarrassing. So you can drink your game beer and still make these like a pro. In other words, they’re fail-proof.


    Ingredients:

    Oh wait for it…

    Wheat Pizza Dough

    1 tbsp. Ghee

    Salt flakes

    Yep.

    That’s it.

    Grab a bag of wheat pretzel dough at the grocery or your local pizza parlor. Yes, you can make your own, but it’s $2.

    Roll it out – not thin – we’re not making thin pretzel sticks here. Cut off little square-like shapes. Slightly roll in your hands to create the ball-shape. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Melt ghee and coat those pretzel bites you just made and sprinkle with salt. I served these up with Maille Old Style Whole Grain Dijon Mustard. Cause I fancy.
