• Mango Kiwi Pops

    Frozen mango, kiwis, coconut milk, and honey – that’s it.

    These are super easy and perfect for those hot days when all you want is something tropical.

    If you happen to have fresh mango, go for it!


    Ingredients: 

    1 C. Frozen Mango

    3-4 Kiwis

    2 Cups Coconut Milk

    2 Tablespoons Honey

    Directions:

    Make mango layer by blending 1 C. frozen mango, 1 C. coconut milk, and 1 tbsp. honey. Pour into ice pop tray, filling each until half full. Set in freeze for 10 mins.

    Meanwhile, make kiwi layer by blending kiwis with 1 C. coconut milk and 1 tbsp. honey. Pour the kiwi mixture on top of mango layer.

    Place in popsicle sticks and set in freezer for 1 hour or until set.


    If there’s extra blended mango/kiwi, combine and have yourself a smoothie!
